ReliableFix started in 2014 with a single truck and a straightforward promise: show up on time, quote a fair price, and do the job right. Rochester homeowners had grown tired of handymen who wouldn't return calls, quoted hourly and ran long, or sent different people every visit.
Over eleven years, we've grown into a team of licensed, background-checked technicians covering every trade a homeowner needs — maintenance, plumbing, drywall, carpentry, electrical, and flooring. Every job is still quoted flat-rate before we start, and we still answer the phone when you call.
We're locally owned, still operating out of Rochester, and every technician on our team lives and works in Monroe County. That hasn't changed.
